The EZ-Up Rack is used with Gravity Boots to invert at a full 90º angle. While inverted, you can conduct inverted sit-ups, squats, and rotational stretches. Two features of the EZ-Up Rack make it unique.

Locking Brackets ensure your safety. Our priority is your safety. There have been a few isolated incidents where children jumping up to catch the rack have un-intentionally unhooked the rack from its 'U' shaped holder. The chance of this occurring has been eliminated by our snapping locking lock bracket, which is standard with all units.

Fits into door openings 28' to 32.7'

Heavy Duty Steel Construction Sturdy materials assembled with bolts (no welds). The rack is rated to a maximum of 250 lbs. Adjustable for Doorways 28' - 32.7' Rack adjusts to fit most solid wood doorways constructed to national building code standards. Easy-Reach Handles Provide help to the user for moving into and out of the inverted position. Double-bar System for Ease of Use Places the user out and above the door frame for extra height and full range of movement. The user does not have to bend completely in half to mount and dismount the rack. Extension Kit Available Hang Ups offers re-enforcing bars, allowing extension of the Rack for doorways up to 36'. Door Savers Help protect the door frame from damage. Locking Brackets Brackets are mounted with screws in the door frame for security. Locking pieces snap over the rack to keep it in place, but can be unlocked to remove the rack from the door frame. In place, the Rack will not interfere with the operation of the door. Hang Ups SL Spyder Gravity Boots are designed to be used with the following Hang Ups products: the EZ-Up Inversion Rack, Inversion Bar and F5000 Inversion Table.

With the EZ-Up Inversion Rack: Gravity Boots can be used with the EZ-Up Inversion Rack, a double-bar system that offers a fully inverted stretch and is a great tool for inverted exercises (like crunches, sit-ups and squats).

With the Hang Ups Inversion Bar: Gravity Boots can be used with the Hang Ups Inversion Bar, a single-bar system that offers a fully inverted stretch and can also be used for exercises.

With the F5000 Inversion Table: Gravity Boots are an optional addition to the F5000 Inversion Table. The F5000 comes with standard ankle clamps, however, if the user feels the need for more support around the ankle, the table can be converted with a CV Bar for use with Gravity Boots.
