The FIR Sauna has really helped my asthma. I use it nearly every day and actually miss it if I'm on holiday! My only criticism would be that the control holder does not support the control properly, but all in all a great buy and I am delighted with the results.

The best thing that helped me to get through exercise every day is the relaxing and detoxifying feeling after each time I use it, and at the next day I still have no pain and I can do more reps and run more, a must for every house gym.
