Used it in late spring too early to make any real comparison . Have used it regularly from Nov07 till present day with a static bike trainer and have found a marked improvement.
For 8 years I have been treated for depression and this is the first winter I have not gone back on my medication. I do feel the lamp has made quite a difference but only time will tell
