Customer Reviews - Apollo GoLite P1 Portable Light Therapy

I have been using this light box daily for 15 minutes (before getting up) since the onset of the darker months. Having suffered the 'winter blues' now for a number of years I have noticed a considerable difference in my ability to face the days and am therefore delighted with the results. The unit is small enough to sit on my bedside table (or on my lap whilst reclining comfortably in bed with my morning coffee!) and its compact, portable design means it's easy to take with me whenever I'm away from home - which I do! Delighted, and would definitely recommend for the money.

I am pleased with the results of using the Go-lite. It has improved my sleep pattern no end and I definitely notice when I haven't used it. My daughter has also found it helpful and finds that she becomes tired at a far more reasonable hour than her usual 12.30-1.30am bedtime. Beneficial all round and highly recommended.

Wow, used the Apollo Golite for 10 days now and it has made an immeasurable difference. I love the way it is non intrusive and the blue isn't as bright as the old fashioned white lights.
