I've had the migracap for some months now and I can't praise it highly enough. It's SO comfortable to wear and such a relief - the pressure is in just the right places, it blocks out all the light and when it comes straight from the fridge, the relief is immense!! Used in conjunction with my prescription medicine, this item has brought enormous relief to me and i suggest every migraine sufferer should have a go!
