I have had my light box for a year now and how fabulous to approach winter knowing that I will not hibernate this year. In the past I have slept up to 19 hrs because of lack of light in the winter ...and the carbs!!! Oh my...cant get enough,but not this year. I keep my light box at work and for the first hr of every day I have my 'blast' of light ...fantastic...wouldnt be without it

fantastic device, it really works and is a handy size. the best thing about this particular model is that you can choose to have only 15mins of exposure a day and still feel the benefits. it got me through this last winter and i feel more positive about next winter now i have it
