Love the chamomila for toddler teething and arnica for bumps and bruises. Finding a remedy for coughs and colds is a bit confusing as it's difficult to pin point one set of symptoms to one remedy when it crosses 3 or 4. Have basic Homeopathy book by Andrew Lockie made it more confusing.

I found this kit invaluable in the lead up to, during and following the home water birth of my son. I have used most of the remedies - none seem uneccessary to include in the pack. I have recommended the kit to pregnant friends and will use it again whether or not my second child isborn at home or in hospital.
