Best thing since sliced bread!! I suffer from hot sweats and this pillow is fantastic to cool you down quickly. Will someone please, please, please make a chillow neck-wrap for daytime use!

It was a great help when I was struggling to get cool during the nights. I found that I could not start my nights sleep lying on it, it was too cold. Once it was into the night I changed pillows with the Chillow enclosed and found I slept well for the rest of the night. Your product was recommended by someone at my work and it greatly helped me keep my sanity as I need my sleep.

Overall a great product. Very easy to set up for use. Has stayed lovely and cool for many months and has proved a great relief during the nights. My only critisism is that it is a little hard and the edges are a bit harsh to the touch. Have recommended to many friends.

This product was GREAT.
Having night time sweats and the heat of last summer, I was really suffering badly last year.
The chillow helped cool me down at night and have a more restful sleep. My only fantasy is to make one the size of a person, so my whole body can be cool and comfortable at night.

I keep my Chillow pillow under my own pillow and find it just so easy to flip the top pillow away when I need to cool down. My only problem with keeping the chillow under my own pillow is that it scrunches up very easily and takes some minutes to smooth back into shape. I have also noticed lately that the foam interlining is not smoothing out properly and appears stuck in the creases.

i am very pleased with the chillow as it is excellent for dealing with hot flushes. I would certainly rate it a five.

it is easy to maintain but during the very hot spell it loses its coolness very quickly you probably only get about 10 minuets of cooling before it attains a temperature that is not cool enough to make any difference. It spent long hours in the fridge to get it cold again. but it was a very hot summer and although that's the reason for buying it i cannot complain that it was not cold enough because nothing was!

Brilliant. In the summer it was a lifesaver, there was always a cool part to put my head on even in the middle of the night. Throughout the summer it improved my sleep without a doubt. I am tempted to order a few more to have my whole body lying on them in the height of summer. The texture of them means you lie on them without sticking or sweating. Only downside is storage when you don't need to use it as it is large and you need to keep it flat. Almost one year on it is still in as good condition as when it was bought. I have already recommened it to friends who have themselves purchased one and been very happy with it.

the pillow was perfect for cooling whist sleeping, but i soon became not so comfortable with it ,possible it was just a temporary thing for myself. I have since given this pillow to a friend who is just starting cancer treatment as i have heard that they are great for this .

I bought the pillow for my wife who unfortunately is going through a period of hot flushes since using the pillow she has experienced a lot more comfort when trying to sleep at night, I would have no hesitation in recommending the pillow to anyone.

Very good product and has helped me a lot - only critisism is that it wont stay inside a pillow and pillow case! ends up on the floor so I use it without now and it is fine.

I cannot say that the chillow has removed a headache/migraine but it does offer significant relief, as it also does for when my body is experiencing hot flushes. I take it with me when I am away from home. Unfortunately I have not found a way of ensuring the chillow maintains its coolness throughout the night and can only assume that my body temperature eventually raises the temperature in the chillow.

The chillow is a great product, however, during extremely hot weather my husband's head still overheats. Generally it is a great help. This is the second chillow we've had - the cat punctured the first !!

I found it very cooling at night inside my pillow as i have been having severe hot flushes due to a hysterectomy.Haven't used it during the winter months but hope it will come in useful with the summer approaching.

The pillow is fantastic, I kept in inside my underneath pillow all time, so when it is needed for hot flushes or headaches in the night I can use it straigt away. The only thing I find is that it becomes warm over a period of time then the pillow retains the heat for quite a long time.
I have recommended it to a work colleague who also suffers with hot sweats and flushes she thinks it is wonderful, and now she has recommended to a friend of hers so the chain goes on.... I do think it is a very useful and certainly has made me survive the dreaded nights of heat.

It is very good except it tends to get in a fankle during the night!!! Probably the way I'm sleeping. My daughter had a temperature one night and it was very good at helping her. Also we have used it for a sprined ankle too. Very worth the buy.

I purchased the chillow pad to take to my daughter in Australia following my own experience of it when I was given one by a friend who thought it would be useful for me as I am going through the menopause and suffering from night sweats causing unbelievable disruption to my sleeping pattern. I was so impressed with the results I thought my daughter would also benefit from using it in the humid conditions of the Australian summer nights........she is also impressed!

Put my mind at rest and answered all my questions, felt a bit silly as there is a F.A.Q. section. All I can say is I am enjoying a good nighs sleep which is something I have not had for months. Have just activated my first Chillow (in May), having bought it back in the Autumn. I am delighted with it. I am sleeping the night through, most nights, and finding it very easy to get to sleep. I think that the Chillow could well be a factor.
I think that I might activate my second Chillow and try it for my feet in bed, which tend to also become very hot.
Have recommended it to a friend and hope that she will find it as effective as I do.

My wife has a condition known as Costochondritis (inflammation of the cartilage of the ribs) which is very painful, because of the inflammation the whole of the chest and back area becomes very hot, the Chillow Pad has been brilliant for instantly cooling the area without having to resort to the usual 'bag of frozen peas' which defrost very quickly, the pad has been invaluable. I use my chillow to help deal with hot flushes during the night. I take the drug Tamoxifen for breast cancer and it causes dreadful hot flushes. I aso take tablets to help with the hot flushes but they don't stop them completely. The Chillow is invaluable in reducing temperature and thereby the length of the flush. I have recommended the chillow to everyone I know in a similar situation. I use it pretty much like a hot water bottle only cold.
