have had light box for 18 months, use for 30 mins a day whilst using computer. i work nights suffer from depression and sad. i would not be without it. seemed expensive but was well worth it.

Very good, having gone from bursting into tears for no real reason throughout winter months on quite a regular basis, I've not had any symptoms of SAD partner has noticed a marked difference.
One thing for my unit though despite inititial charge of more than 24 hours, to ensure battery reached full potential, it doesn't seem to charge properly and I have to charge it, turn it off then charge it again for a full charge to take place, which is rather annoying.
Produce itself though is great, wouldn't be without it now!

I was very pleased with my Apollo Golite.I don't use it in summer but used it from january till April and felt the better of it. i used it 20mins a day and didn't feel so tired ,I felt as if I had more energy. I would reccomend it.

have had a apollo golite for about four years, now on my second one. suffer from depression and sad. would not be able to function without it. use it and of august to end of april and even in summer if no sun. it is my life saver
