I am so pleased with the mat, i found it quite strange at first but it's true after a few minutes the prickley sensation disappears and you do really feel calm and relaxed. I now have the courage to roll gently from side to side to ease the tension in my shoulders and back and my sleeping has improved enormously - thank you !

Very pleased with this product. Bought the twin pack to share with my partner. I use mine before bed and he uses his after evening shower. We both feel much more relaxed and my stiff neck has almost disappeared.

Just like the other reviews I agree this product is amazing. I have used it before sleeping lying on my front and back and my sleep has improved so much in as little as three days use. I have also discovered that if you are suffering from indigestion and lie on your front, it will improve the condition within 10 minutes. Great product with many uses and great value for money.

Amazing product i have had a bad shoulder for over a year the pain was constant, but after using the mat only once i could feel a difference now after using it many times the pain has all but disappeared and movement in my shoulder is ten times better i would recommend this product to anyone who is suffering from back/shoulder pain AMAZING
