Q:  Is Nimbus the same as the Ally, Clearwave or other previous Active SRT-3 products?
A:  Nimbus features the newly developed Nexus SRT circuit which utilizes the same electronic design as our previous models but with state-of-the-art surface mount technology and improved components. Its operation and effect are similar to its predecessors yet offers reduced size, increased portability, improved reliability and durability.  With a 6’ field of influence, Nimbus is ideally configured to serve those in close proximity. We’ve made a uniquely effective product even better and easier to use.

Q:  How does a SRT-3 field generator work?
A:  SRT-3 Field generators create a vibrational projection in space. This projection is used to carry SRT-3 programming which then interacts with anything within its effective radius.

Q:  Is Nimbus safe to plug in to my computer?
A:  Yes it is very safe. Nimbus uses low voltage USB power, drawing a very small current which comes from the computer itself either via the electrical outlet or from the batteries of a notebook computer.  Nimbus is as safe as using a memory stick or wireless mouse.

Q:  How is Nimbus different than Q-Link pendants, bracelets or other body worn SRT-3 products?
A:  While SRT-3 body worn products are considered ‘Passive’ - interacting with the user at a subtle, direct, non-powered level, Nimbus is actively projecting a powered field containing SRT-3 within the users environment.  This ambient effect optimizes the users area and their functionality within.

Q:  Can I leave it plugged in all the time?
A:  Yes you can leave Nimbus plugged in 24/7/365 – it will operate quietly and effectively as long as it is powered. It is sealed, solid state, and with no moving parts or replaceable components. 

Q:  Does it affect my MAC or PC?
A:  Nimbus uses a USB port simply to obtain its safe low voltage power. Nimbus does not activate or need plug-and-play software so is not recognized by your computer’s operating system. Once the instant-on super long life LED power indicator is lit, you know Nimbus is operating effectively.

Q:  Is it FCC approved?
A:   Nimbus has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules.

Q:  Does it wear out?
A:  Nimbus is a solid state device with no moving parts and excellent build quality. It is designed to operate effectively for many years.

Q:  What is the warranty?
A:  Nimbus is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for 1 year. If it should fail, we will repair or replace it if returned to our authorized service center within the warranty period.
