SEM was developed as a result of combining the triple chamber vortex (AVS) and SAISEIKO ceramic balls.

Tap water first passes through the AVS and then through the ceramic balls.

The tap water is activated and the number of bacteria reduced by the AVS. This processed water is further activated and ionized by the ceramic balls. When tap water is put through an SEM, it is treated twice and comes out as high quality water. This ground breaking innovative technology does not require any consumables, chemicals or power to treat water.

SEM Activator (SEM) has a unique Triple Spiral Chamber and Ceramic Ball layer structure that allows water to activate and purify standard tap water and groundwater. The triple spiral chamber helps create a centrifugal force, causing the water to pull away from the center axis and undergo a redox (oxidation-reduction) reaction.

When redox reaction occurs, one component loses electrons or is oxidized and another gains electrons or is reduced; that is, the redox reaction eliminates the red rust and alleviates the hardness source cation (positive ion). Ceramic balls nestled in the SEM replicate the natural bed rock formation, enabling the SEM to produce optimal water filtration. These ceramic balls generate. Far Infrared Ray (FIR), increase surface activity, serve as a catalysts, and have strong disinfection properties.

What is SEM?

SEM is a masterpiece of engineering where SCB and AVS are combined. The water passing through SEM is treated twice, first by AVS and then by SCB which transform it in to high quality water. Why SEM?

• Far Infrared Ray (FIR) Far infrared ray is a form of light energy from the sun. FIR has the ability to penetrate, refract, radiate and reflect. The human body can absorb FIR because of its deep penetrating ability. When FIR penetrates through the skin to the subcutaneous tissues, it transforms from light energy into heat energy. The thermal effect within the deep layers of tissue causes blood vessels in capillaries to dilate, promoting better blood circulation. The heat created by FIR also helps eliminate body toxins and metabolic wastes through perspiration.
   
• Surface Activity The surface activity of the ceramic balls gives the SEM activated water an added surfactant value that helps dissolve salad oil more effectively than general tap water, approximately 1.76 times (> 76 %) and 1.83 times (> 83 %), respectively.
   
• Catalyst A catalyst is a substance that increases the reaction rate by modifying the reaction pathway or the nature of the activated complex, allowing the reaction to proceed with lower activation energy. In natural water, reaction rates control various reactions such as precipitation, dissolution, oxidation-reduction, and concentration. The ceramic balls in the SEM are composed of various minerals and natural catalytic elements, which produce complex catalytic effect.
   
• Disinfection SEM  Activator  disinfect with incredible results.   SEM and AVS help create hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), which removes the red iron oxide (Fe2O3) inside the pipe, feed tank, and holding tank. When the ferrous ion (Fe2+) is combined with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), it is changed to ferrous oxide (FeO). The chemical reaction between ferrous oxide (FeO) and red iron oxide (Fe2O3) produces the harmless black iron oxide (Fe3O4).

When activated negative ionized wate from the SEM Activated Water passes through a rusted pipe, the red rust changes into black rust.
