This product provides a natural source of vitamin E and has a greater biological activity and absorption then synthetic forms of vitamin E.

It is a powerful antioxidant and protects all body cells and tissue from oxidation by free radicals. Vitamin E also plays an important role in the cellular respiration of all muscle tissues, especially the cardiac and skeletal muscles. It is thought to be able to reduce the oxygen requirement of muscles and their nerves, thereby helping to increase their endurance and stamina.
