How Does First Detox Foot Patches ® Work?

First Detox ® patches can also be used during the day, and can be applied to any part of the body that requires accelerated healing through the action of the FIR emitted.

How First Detox® Works

First Detox® is a poulitice that contains a mixture of dry powdered natural ingredients. When the patches are placed in contact with the skin and held in place, ideally for up to 8 hours, it promotes improved blood circulation and detoxification in the localised area of contact. If the contact area also happenes to be the hands or feet where there is a concentration of reflex points and is also the location of the ends of Chinese Meridians (channels that link various parts of the body), then the patch supports improved whole body circulation, and healing.

How to Read your Detox Patches

Once you have placed the patches on the soles of your feet and remove them after 8 hours of use the patches will come off your feet stained.

It is very simple, all you do is refer to the reflexology charts enclosed and depending on where the patches are stained indicates where your body is holding toxic material an or heavy metals which are affecting your health.

If the patches come off with a mixture of stained and clear areas, then the clear sections indicate where the body is efficiently removing toxins naturally and is stable.

The best results are achieved by putting the patches at various intervals from the top to the bottom of the feet where you will initially indicate and identify the areas that require the greatest degree of detoxification achievable through using the patches as described.

In simple, a Stained Patch = Toxic Build-Up in your body at that particular point.

An Unstained Patch indicates a Toxic Stable and Free Area in that part of the body.

These patches should be used initially every night on a regular basis until you start to see stain free areas appear on the face of the patches when removed.
