I was given a "chillow" for christmas and was a touch skeptical about how useful it would really be - it's a rather odd plasticky-looking thing, and I couldn't see how filling it with ordinary tap water would make it "chill". Well, I am now no longer a skeptic - still don't pretend to understand it, but I am converted!
On a year round basis it's given me huge relief when I've had a fever, sinus problems, migraine or just a bad night's sleep. And during the hot nights we've had lately it's been great at providing a cooler spot than the surrounding bedding - I've used it on my head, hands, feet, face, back and midriff to work its cooling effect.
Great for headaches,migraines,hangovers,allergies,MS,MENOPAUSE and too many others too mention. Great for kids with temperatures, mums! Also wonderful for our long hot summers, wishful thinking I know.
